Zero Dark Three - 6in (150mm) Petty Culinary Knife Stainless Steel

“Zero Dark Three” 6 inch (150mm) petty blade knife. Dark Crystal meets Skulldaggery. Sealed inside of the wa-style polyurethane resin handle is a light, hazy, crystalline cloud that abrubtly fades to black in a cloud of midnight. Caught between the fog and the darkness are three skullls, each facing a different way. They are on the lookout while you chef up a masterpiece.

The blade is made from molybdenum vanadium [stainless] steel, which is a mid-grade stainless steel hardened to HRC 57. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done, won’t rust, and easy to sharpen. You won't have to baby this knife. The edge angle is sharpened to 15 degrees and stropped for a razor sharp edge. Full flat grind (tapers from spine to cutting edge). The blade is 6” (150 mm) long, 1.122” (29.5 mm) tall, & 0.073” (1.85 mm) thick at the spine with a distal taper (gets thinner as it goes to the tip). The total length of the knife is 10.7” (272 mm).
