INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: The Marksmith bolt action clip has about 1mm of free play when retracted. This is intentionally designed to ensure that the cartridge is fully retracted, and the cap is completely closed to prevent drying out. Please do not attempt to shim or adjust the marker to remove the free play. It does not affect the functionality of the marker.

How To Refill With A Sharpie Retractable Highlighter

The second method to refill the MARKSMITH is to purchase a Sharpie Retractable Highlighter, break open the shell to reveal the cartridge, and cut off the narrow tail. The video shows a permanent marker, but the process is the same for the highlighter.
